Some naturally occurring products can be directly used as medicine. Some
ingredients are mixed with other to make more effective natural
medicines.
For examples Acne can be treated by applying 5% tea tree oil gel. It
is supposed to be as effective as 5% benzoyl peroxide for treating acne.
Natural medicines might work slowly but they are less harmful in terms of
side effects. It does not mean we can take any medicine for a disease
without consultation.. One should be careful in taking medicines and
must consult a naturopath or herbal expert.
